Cortney was born in Rhode Island at the end of the 70s and spent her youth drawing unicorns and pretending to be a cat and dying her hair blue and dreaming of being an artist.

She now spends her time drawing, building websites, chasing around a husband, a kid, and two cats, taking classes full time, and working at a veterinary hospital. She is very tired.

Currently an Angeleno, she is ever a New Englander at heart.
